# Stewardship & Operations

## Organizational Structure

The Zyfai ecosystem operates through a separation of responsibilities between development, operations, and governance.

### 1. Ondefy Labs

**Role:** Development

**Description:** Ondefy Labs is the core development team responsible for building, maintaining, and operating the Zyfai protocol.

**Responsibilities:**

* Protocol development and technical implementation
* Smart contract development and deployment
* SDK, MCP Server, and integration tools
* Security audits coordination
* Technical innovation and feature development

### 2. Zyfai Inc (Panama)

**Role:** Protocol Curation & Agent Operations

**Description:** Zyfai Inc manages protocol curation and partner relationships.

**Responsibilities:**

* Adding and removing protocols based on security, performance, and risk standards
* Managing revenue-sharing arrangements with B2B integration partners
* Overseeing operations, including rewards distribution and grants administration
* Hosting and operating Zyfai Agent infrastructure
* Handling Agent execution and Sign Request generation
* Managing performance fee collection and distribution

### 3. Zyfai DAO

**Role:** Governance

**Description:** The DAO maintains ultimate governance authority over the protocol through stZFI token voting.

**Responsibilities:**

* Strategic decisions and protocol direction
* Approval of major changes and proposals
* Treasury management oversight
* Community governance through formal proposal process
