getSmartWalletAddress

Get the Smart Wallet (Safe) address assigned to a user. Returns address and deployment status.

For pre-deployed wallets, the address is backend-assigned (not derived from the EOA). After the first depositFunds, the same Safe is available on Base, Arbitrum, and Ethereum Mainnet.
