rZFI Incentive Program

rZFI (Reward ZFI) is a time-locked, non-transferable incentive token designed to align users with Zyfai’s long-term growth. All active Zyfai Smart Accounts earn rZFI automatically based on total funds deposited, regardless of which chain your capital is on. No manual action is required. The program was approved by the DAO and allocates 5% of the total ZFI supply (25,000,000 ZFI) to incentive distribution across multiple phases.

How rZFI Works

rZFI cannot be traded or transferred. It can only be redeemed for ZFI through a vesting mechanism:
  • 20% unlocks immediately upon claim.
  • 80% vests linearly over 6 months.
You can redeem your unlocked portion at any time during the vesting period. However, any still-locked rZFI at the time of redemption is returned to the DAO treasury.
A user earns 1,000 rZFI and claims it. They can redeem 200 ZFI (20%) immediately, or wait.
  • After 3 months, approximately 600 ZFI would be redeemable (200 upfront + 50% of the remaining 800).
  • After 6 months, all 1,000 ZFI are redeemable.
rZFI is distributed through Merkl and can be claimed via the Zyfai dashboard.

Merkl Campaigns

In addition to the ongoing rZFI program, Zyfai can deploy targeted incentive campaigns via Merkl. When Merkl rewards are active, Agents claim incentives automatically every time they reach the $2 threshold, the same mechanism used for auto-compounding.

USDC Yield for ZFI Stakers
